All the payment related issues which inlcudes getting payment status failed and amount deducted from account will be resolved by the payment gateway which may take 7-10 or more business days as per the issue that the user is facing

Payment Refund

Refund of the amount paid will be only done if the order is cancelled by the customer before the order is shipped.Once shipped no refund will be provided.

In no other case any kind of refund will be processed

Return & Exchange Policy

The website in no case provide any return service and in doing so provide any refund to the customer

In case of damaged product recieved only after a complete enquiry of the matter the exchnage of the product will be done no refund will be provided. The return policy will also be mentioned with each products description also as some products may not have any exchange and return policy either.
